Yup... I was just bored since I am without a Z for now... I've just been tweeking around this model. It's my version of the Z concept. It has that shape and form of the Z32, but a more up to date styling with the hard lines and of course headlights and tailights being more flashy. The taillights are so hard to design. I tried to be as original as I can be, but keep the same theme. It's still WIP. Of course there G35 inspirations since the 350z failed to hold the beauty of the Z, IMHO (Fat piece of tur). I made the hood slightly longer for better engine compartment such as for an inline engine. No one can complain about hood space. And also I made the rear a normal trunk instead of a hatchback for weight and safety reasons. I really like this concept design compared to some others I have done. I don't why... it makes me wish I could make one myself. I'd imagine it with a VQ30det or tt. 53F/47R Weight distrubtion, as close as 50/50 as possible (with thoughts of the fuel tank right in middle of the car instead of the rear like the RX-8) with help from it being 2+2. ~350 horses. 18 Rims with 245 in the front and 275 in the rear. Big Brakes, tight suspension. The weight would be considerably 3200-3300 lbs, not the lightest, but not heavy either. One of the most important part to me is the interior. Sitting in a Z32 feels a lot nicer than a 99 Vette or any Mercedes or BMW I've sat in. It just has it own feel and appeal for a 15 year old car. I want to get started on it soon after I finalize the body. Who knows, its just a dream, but maybe in 3 or so years after I get my Industrial Design Major, I could try to work for Nissan/Infiniti somehow. Just a dream.... so give me your worse!
